  1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

    Such as your name, email address, account ID, profile information, and information required to create and maintain your Sky Garden account.
  • Profile Information

    Information you submit when selling, swapping, giving away, requesting, or listing plants, including plant names, descriptions, photos, prices, listing type, and related information.

    When you choose to upload or capture an image, Sky Garden may process that image for features such as plant listings, profile photos, avatars, community posts, or plant identification.

Sky Garden only accesses photos or the camera when required for a feature you choose to use and subject to the permissions provided on your device.

  • Location Information
    Certain features, such as Nearby Plants, may use your device location to help display plants or listings near you.

Location access is used only when required for location-based functionality and subject to your device permissions.

You can deny or disable location permission through your device settings.

  • Messages
    Sky Garden provides communication features that may allow users to exchange private messages regarding plants, listings, swaps, giveaways, and other gardening-related activities.

Messages may be stored and processed to provide the messaging service, maintain conversations, prevent abuse, and protect users.

  • Voice Messages
    If you choose to record and send a voice message, Sky Garden may access your device microphone and upload/store the resulting audio recording so that the intended recipient can receive and play it.

Microphone access is used only when you choose to use a voice recording feature and subject to your device permissions.

  • Community Content
    Sky Garden may collect and store content that you voluntarily submit to community features, including posts, comments, replies, images, and other user-generated content.
  • Technical and Security Information
    We may process technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the service, such as application events, identifiers, authentication information, and security-related records.
  1. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information collected through Sky Garden may be used to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Provide user profiles and seller profiles.
  • Publish and manage plant listings.
  • Enable plant selling, swapping, giveaways, and wanted listings.
  • Provide private messaging and voice messaging.
  • Provide community posts, comments, and discussions.
  • Display nearby plants and location-based results when requested.
  • Provide plant identification and AI-assisted gardening features.
  • Maintain Sky Garden Credits and reward-related functionality.
  • Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and abusive activity.
  • Process user reports and blocking requests.
  • Maintain application security and reliability.

  • Improve Sky Garden features and user experience.

  1. AI-ASSISTED FEATURES

Sky Garden may provide artificial intelligence assisted features, including plant identification, plant information, gardening assistance, or community-related assistance.

When you voluntarily use an AI-assisted feature, relevant information such as your question, plant information, text, or selected image may be processed by our systems or service providers to generate the requested response.

AI-generated plant or gardening information is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. Users should use appropriate judgment before acting on AI-generated recommendations.

  1. LOCATION DATA

Sky Garden may request location permission for features such as Nearby Plants.

Location information is used to provide location-relevant functionality requested by the user.

Users can control location permissions from their Android device settings. Disabling location permission may prevent certain location-based features from working correctly.

  1. CAMERA, PHOTOS AND MEDIA

Sky Garden may request access to your camera or selected photos when you choose features that require them, such as:

  • Uploading plant photos.
  • Creating plant listings.
  • Adding a profile photo.
  • Posting community content.
  • Using supported plant identification features.

Sky Garden does not require unrestricted access to your personal photo library when such access is not necessary for the feature being used.

  1. MICROPHONE AND VOICE MESSAGES

Sky Garden may request microphone permission when you choose to record a voice message.

Audio recorded through this feature may be uploaded and stored so that it can be delivered to the intended recipient.

Sky Garden does not intentionally activate the microphone for voice recording unless the user initiates a feature requiring microphone access.

  1. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND COMMUNITY SAFETY

Sky Garden contains community and user-generated content features.

Users are responsible for the content they submit.

Sky Garden provides safety mechanisms that may include:

  • Reporting inappropriate posts or comments.
  • Blocking other members.
  • Removing content that violates applicable rules.
  • Taking action against accounts involved in spam, harassment, abuse, fraud, or other prohibited activity.

We may review reported content and take appropriate action where necessary to protect users and the community.

  1. DATA STORAGE AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Sky Garden may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to provide functions such as authentication, database storage, file storage, application infrastructure, and AI-assisted features.

Sky Garden users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Where available, users may initiate account deletion directly from within the Sky Garden application.
