Sky Garden – Account & Data Deletion

Sky Garden respects your privacy and gives registered users the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE SKY GARDEN APP

You can request account deletion directly from the Sky Garden app:

  1. Open the Sky Garden app.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Open your Profile.
  4. Go to Account / Settings.
  5. Select “Delete Account”.
  6. Follow the confirmation instructions.

Once your account deletion request is processed, your Sky Garden account will no longer be available for normal use.

REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION FROM THE WEB

If you cannot access the Sky Garden app, you may request account deletion by contacting us from the email address associated with your Sky Garden account.

Please include the email address associated with your Sky Garden account so that we can identify and verify the account before processing the request.

DATA THAT MAY BE DELETED

When an account deletion request is completed, data associated with the account may include:

  • Account and profile information
  • Profile photo or avatar
  • Plant listings and uploaded plant images
  • Marketplace-related user content
  • Community posts and comments
  • Messages and voice-message data associated with the account, where applicable
  • Saved preferences and other account-related information
  • Location-related information associated with Sky Garden features, where applicable
  • Sky Garden credits/rewards and account activity associated with the deleted account

DATA RETENTION

Some information may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for:

  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Resolving disputes or abuse reports
  • Compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements
  • Backup and system integrity requirements

Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for these purposes and will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT

Deleting your Sky Garden account may be permanent. Once deletion has been completed, account information, listings, messages, credits/rewards, or other associated data may not be recoverable.
